Our private and semi-private sessions focus on your specific movement patterns and goals. Whether you’d like to find more ease walking up stairs, stay strong for your first marathon, or address any weaknesses you may feel, our trainers will customize programming to get you closer to your goals.
Small group strength
Our classes are about community, not competition. At Move Well, we design our classes to help you find more freedom in movement while building you toward the strongest version of yourself. Classes are limited to 4-6 people to allow for focused feedback and a community feel.
Special expertise
At Move Well, we understand that hormones and pregnancy change everything. We are specially trained to work with prenatal, postpartum, and perimenopausal women. We meet you where you are and help you feel strong as you move into your next chapter of life.

We see you holistically — focusing not just on how much you can lift, but also how well you can move. Mobility, balance, agility, and strength are incorporated into each of our workouts.
